Failure to provide accurate or timely information may impact the quality or timeliness of the service provided.
4. Fees and Payment
- Fees for services will be agreed in advance and may be charged per project, consultation, or ongoing engagement.
- Invoices are payable according to the terms specified on each invoice.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services until outstanding balances are cleared.
- All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
5. Complaints Procedure
We aim to deliver high-quality services. If you are dissatisfied:
- Complaints must be submitted in writing to our Complaints Officer via info@musiclegal.co.uk or by post.
- We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and provide a reference number.
- A written response will be provided within twenty working days.
- If unresolved, a final review may be requested from our Managing Director.
